Good Practice Existing Buildings Guidelines

Author: The guidelines were developed by a coalition of preeminent experts in an IBQC subcommittee all of whom are named at the end of these guidelines.  

Brief Description: The IBQC Good Practice Existing Buildings Guidelines (the Guidelines) has been developed to establish a suite of key principles and strategies to aid in maintaining occupant health and safety of existing buildings, achieve ongoing performance throughout their design life and respond to problems associated with resource depletion and carbon emissions.
